[Purchasing] I would like both games with every possible upgrade/ add-on. What should I do?

Double check that your pledge level is “C$147 - Pantheon Edition + Riddle of the Sphinx”. You can change your pledge level if needed. Head to the Questions section of the survey.

For question #2, select “SANTORINI PANTHEON COLLECTOR’S EDITION”, and for question #3 select “Upgrade to SYNTH + ACRYLIC TOKENS”.

This will essentially replace any add-ons you made on kickstarter (or add them for the first time if you did not add them on kickstarter).

The Add-Ons and Confirmation pages will show the following items:

1x Pantheon Collector’s Edition (incl game, synth, acrylic, turntable) 1x Riddle of the Sphinx Deluxe - with Synth Cards 1x Riddle of the Sphinx Acrylic Set

[Specifications] What are the sizes of the boxes and the Turntable Ocean Board?

ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE TO MEET ENGINEERING, USABILITY, AND MANUFACTURING REQUIREMENTS

  • The Pantheon Collectors box: 13” x 13” x 4.125”
  • Pantheon box: 13” x 13” x 3.5”
  • Turntable: (approximately) 12.5” x 12.5” x 0.45”
  • Turntable box: (approximately) 12.8” x 12.8” x .85”

Every box will fit in a Kallax shelf.

[Purchasing] I’m new to Kickstarter! How does this all work?

If you placed a pledge for Santorini Pantheon Edition & Riddle of the Sphinx during the campaign, Kickstarter has already billed you for the value of your pledge. Your pledge level items are already in your cart. If you purchased add-ons through Kickstarter, your funds have been credited to your pledge and you can select exactly what you’d like in the pledge manager survey. The survey will also confirm your shipping address, calculate your final shipping charge, and bill you for any outstanding total. The game is already designed, tested, and illustrated; it will be manufactured, shipped, and we will begin delivering to backers in May 2024.

[Purchasing] Can I pledge a low amount, such as $1, and still have access to the pledge manager, while locking in Kickstarter pricing?

There is no $1 access level for this campaign. To gain access to the pledge manager, backers must have pledged for at least the Santorini Upgrade Kit (~$49 USD / $66 CAD) or Riddle of the Sphinx Co-op Expansion (~$49 USD / $66 CAD). There is a late pledge option for those who missed the campaign.

After the campaign, Pantheon and Riddle of the Sphinx will still be available directly from Roxley.com while supplies last, however we will not be able to offer the same pricing as we are able to offer backers of a full campaign pledge.

[Purchasing] Is there a group pledge? Can multiple backers combine pledges to save costs?

We are offering a “Back with a Buddy” discount. Receive 20% each 2nd copy of either Pantheon Edition or Riddle of the Sphinx added to your pledge during the campaign. On top of that, a 2-game bundle saves on shipping!

We are unable to split orders into multiple delivery locations. In order to keep everything organized and efficient, we allow a maximum of 1 delivery location per backer, regardless of reward levels or number of copies ordered.

[Purchasing] Can I add more COPIES OF THE GAME / OTHER ROXLEY PRODUCTS to my pledge?

Yes! We are expecting to have most of the currently available Roxley products available as add-ons in the PM.

[Specifications] Will the trays fit sleeved cards? What size and quantity of cards are there?

YES! While the answer to this question was previously NO, our hardworking design team found a way to accommodate sleeves in both Santorini Pantheon and Riddle of the Sphinx.

For this campaign, Synth™ cards are available as an optional add-on. For Santorini players who choose the Synth™ upgrade, card sleeves are not necessary. Given the quality and durability of the Synth™ cards, we are not expecting many backers to want to use sleeves after playing a game or two with them.

[Gameplay] Will there be a solo mode?

The Riddle of the Sphinx expansion can be played as a solo experience.

[Gameplay] Will this be compatible with previous editions of Santorini?

Santorini Pantheon is a stand-alone game. Santorini Riddle of the Sphinx and Santorini Upgrade Kit are both compatible with any version of Santorini.

Both of these will now be part of Santorini Pantheon Edition.

[Gameplay] Do I need a version of Santorini to play Riddle of the Sphinx?

Yes, a version of Santorini will be required to play Riddle of the Sphinx. Players can use their original copy of the game, pledge for the new Pantheon Edition, or even add an upgrade kit to give their original copy a slight makeover!

[Purchasing] Will Santorini Pantheon Edition version be available later?

Once backers of this campaign receive their copy of Santorini: Pantheon Edition, it will be available to order directly from Roxley.com or from retailers that backed this campaign. Santorini: Essentials Edition (the retail version) will be available through traditional distribution channels.

[Purchasing] If I am in Europe, where will this ship from? Will I have to pay VAT?

EU countries will be fulfilled from Germany. All other European destinations will be fulfilled from the UK. VAT for UK and EU customers will be collected in the pledge manager, so you will not have to pay to receive the game after it has shipped.

[Purchasing] If I am in the USA, will I have to pay taxes?

Roxley is required to collect and remit sales tax in the following states: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions!

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
